We went to a jewelry shop to get my fiance's ring size, but when the ring came in it was a tad bit big. Fortunately, the ring came with a sized and we were able to determine what size to reorder. Steven was friendly and helpful in getting the ring exchanged!! Otherwise it was a beautiful ring, exactly as pictured, and I'm looking forward to receiving the new one. If you are between sizes, I'd recommend going a size down, or if you want to play it safe order Steven's ring sizer! Long story short: - The ring was exceptional - The shipping was faster than expected
