Our policy lasts 30 days from after you receive your item.
To be eligible for an exchange or return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and not custom engraved.
Please DO NOT mail any returns or exchanges back to us until you have submitted your request to us and you have received a reply.
Canada & International Orders:
Returns and exchanges will be mailed to our office in Ontario, Canada.
Returns and exchanges will be mailed to an office in Niagara Falls, New York.
This will drastically reduce the return shipping cost and not require any customs information forms to be filled out.
Full details for return shipping will be given to you when you notify us with a request for an exchange or refund.
There will be a $10 CAD re-stocking/re-shipping fee for all exchanges and returns.
