Our tungsten rings are made from an inorganic chemical compound call tungsten carbide, which contains equal parts of tungsten and carbon atoms. Over recent years these rings have grown in popularity for the bridal jewelry industry due to their low price, extreme hardness and high resistance to scratching. Tungsten carbide is roughly 10 times harder than 18kt gold, 5 times harder than tool steel and 4 times harder than titanium. At Steven G Designs we make all our own tungsten carbide rings and they are all cobalt free.

The ceramic rings we carry are of superior quality and strength. They are made from high-tech ceramic which means they are highly resistant to imperfections, nicks and scratches. They are durable for everyday wear.
People who are allergic to metals prefer the ceramic rings because they are hypoallergenic. This means that they have a reduced chance of causing allergic reactions.

However, it is the buyer's responsibility to be properly sized and ultimately the buyer's decision as to which size to order. We suggest that the most accurate way to determine your ring size is by getting your finger measured by your local jeweler.
We do exchange rings that do not fit, however, buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost along with a $10 CAD restocking / reshipping fee for the new ring.
Rings that have been engraved or show wear and tear cannot be returned or exchanged.

A drop shipper simply does marketing to get customers and sends the orders to a third-party supplier that ships out the goods. The drop shipper never actual sees the product that is sent out. The drop shipper has no control over the quality of the items that you will receive. If something does go wrong with your order the drop shipper will have a hard time correcting the problem. In other words, their customer service is very limited and can cause you much grief. Also, their prices tend to be very high because they are just acting as a middle person and purchasing products at an already inflated price.
