Please DO NOT mail any returns to us until you have submitted your request to us and have received a reply approving your return.
Our policy lasts 30 days from after you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have not received your refund within a few days, please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and current stock is available.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, you should contact us and we will check availability.
