The ring had a little bit of a mark on it. It looks like a scratch. I want to exchange it for a new one.

I got this ring for my Fiance because he wanted his own engagement ring before we get married. The ring is amazing quality, looks exactly as pictured. He's only been wearing it a couple days so no huge issues with wear and tear yet. This is his first ring and he was wasn't sure which size would be best as he only ever tried ring sizers and was in-between 6 + 7 but wasn't sure which fit better has the place he got sized at didn't have half sizes. I got him a 6.5 comfort band and he's okay with it but would probably order a 6 next time since they fit half size bigger as noted and now we know he is a true 6.5 regular band. Would 100% order again. Customer service was also great. I had questions before ordering and response was fast and helpful.
