My first attempt, I ordered the wrong size. Steven G Designs was very helpful and quick responding to my emails. I was able to ship the incorrect size back and they shipped me the correct size within days! Definitely great customer service with this company! Great products also! Love the ring! Beautiful ring. I love how the semi-matte finish is made more interesting with a subtle brushed effect. I purchased this ring for my fiance along with a similar but silver-coloured tungsten ring, also from Steven G. My fiance noted that this black ring feels slightly heavier and thicker (taller) than the silver band. Not an issue to us, just an observation. Anyway, we're very happy with this ring. Fits true to size, arrived sooner than I expected, and was packaged in a nice ring box.
